1. Provider and acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between Levi Levin - personal coaching, business registration number 346825839, Hannah Szenes 55, Haifa, Israel, and any visitor or client using this website or purchasing personal coaching services. By using the website or purchasing a service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Eligibility

Paid services are available only to persons aged 18 or older, or to a person legally authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the client.

3. Website, services and content

This website provides information about personal coaching, online meetings and related content. Individual personal coaching may be provided online. The format, availability, scope and price of each service are agreed with the client before payment. Website content is provided for general information and does not itself create an obligation to provide a specific service.

4. Payment

Payment is due in the amount and currency presented before payment is completed. Payment-card transactions are processed by an external payment provider and are subject to approval by the card issuer. A transaction not approved by the payment provider is not completed. Clients must provide accurate information required to process a purchase. Obvious errors in a service description or price may be corrected, and a transaction affected by such an error may be cancelled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations. Subject to that law, a client may cancel a transaction within 14 days of the transaction date or receipt of transaction details, whichever is later. If a service is scheduled for a specific date or period, the cancellation request must be made at least seven business days before the scheduled start, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where applicable law grants an extended cancellation period to a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, that period applies if the relevant status was disclosed during the transaction or subsequent correspondence. For a lawful cancellation, a fee of up to 5 percent of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower, may be charged where permitted by law. Services not eligible for cancellation under applicable law, or cancellations made after the statutory period, are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this website only lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not interfere with the website, collect information from it through automated means, copy or redistribute its content without permission, or use the name, design, logos, images or other content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights. Unless otherwise stated, the website content is owned by or licensed to Levi Levin.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including social networks and video platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their presence on this website does not imply endorsement, and Levi Levin is not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Availability, disclaimer and liability

The website, content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to applicable law. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information current and the website available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
